Question 1:
Write a story about a plant that is in danger. Write about how you might help to save it. Be sure the story has a beginning, a middle, and an end.
Answer:
How I Saved a Tree?
One day, I walked down the lane and saw a very old banyan tree that was going to be cut in a week’s time. I was curious enough to know the matter, so I enquired with the workers nearby. They informed me that due to the construction of a building, they had to cut off the tree. The banyan tree was worshipped by many, and so I didn’t want the tree to be cropped off. I sought the help of my social secretary to help out in the matter and lodge a complaint with the forest department. The construction workers stopped cutting at that moment. I felt happy that I had saved a tree in danger.
Question 2:
Prepare a speech giving some reasons why it is important to protect flowers and plants. Include ways that you could help protect endangered plants in your school.
Answer:
Good Morning Everyone, I thank you for participating in the notable cause of saving trees. As you know, trees are an important element of our lives. Trees provide us with fruits, vegetables, oxygen, wood and many others things.
Plants and trees add greenery to the environment. They also provide oxygen which helps us in breathing and is overall beneficial to humankind. They are beneficial for medicinal purposes as well. They provide shelter to many birds and animals as well. Hence their benefits are endless.
It is our duty to protect trees as they provide us with the resources to make a sustainable planet. I ask you to vow to save trees and contribute to a greener tomorrow for us and the generations to come.
Thank you.
