  1. Candidates must have completed or be appearing for Class 12 Board exams with Chemistry, Physics, Biology/Biotechnology, and English. General category applicants need a minimum aggregate of 50%, while reserved categories require 45% (General-PWD) and 40% (SC, ST, OBC, Reserved PWD).
  2. Candidates must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2025, without an upper age limit. Indian nationals and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) aiming for MBBS/BDS abroad must also clear NEET 2025.
  3. Last year's updates allow candidates with additional subjects in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English, as well as those from Open Schools, to qualify for the exam.
