KIITEE Result 2025 – Tie Breaking Resolution
In the event that two or more candidates secure the same marks in the KIITEE 2025 exam, their inter-se merit will be determined as follows:
- B.Tech (4 Years), B.Sc (Computer Science): Merit will be based on marks in Mathematics, followed by Physics, and then by age, with preference given to older candidates.
- B.Arch: Merit will be based on marks obtained in NATA.
- B.Tech (LE): Merit will be based on marks in Mathematics, followed by Basic Electrical Engineering, and then by age, with preference given to older candidates.
- B.Sc Nursing: Merit will be based on marks in Biology, followed by Chemistry, and then by age, with preference given to older candidates.
- BBA, BCA, Bachelor’s in Design (Fashion/Textile), Bachelor’s in Film & Television Production, BA.LLB, BBA LLB, B.Sc.LLB, Master of Mass Communication (Integrated): Merit will be based on marks in Mathematical Ability, followed by Analytical Ability, then English, and finally by age, with preference given to older candidates.
- BA Economics (Hons), BA Sociology (Hons), BA English (Hons), B.Com: Preference will be given to older candidates.
- Biotechnology - Dual Degree (B.Tech/M.Tech) (5 years): Merit will be based on marks in Biology, followed by Chemistry, and then by age, with preference given to older candidates.
- MCA, MCA (LE): Merit will be based on marks in Computer Awareness, followed by Mathematics, and then by age, with preference given to older candidates.
- M.Tech, M.Sc (Computer Science), MA in Economics, MA in Sociology, MA in English, M.Com, Master of Mass Communication (2 Years): Preference will be given to older candidates.
- M.Sc (Applied Microbiology/Biotechnology): Merit will be based on marks in Biology, followed by Chemistry, then Mathematics, and finally by age, with preference given to older candidates.
- LLM: Preference will be given to older candidates.
KIITEE Result 2025 - Important Points to Remember

KIITEE Cutoff 2025
The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will publish the KIITEE cutoff on its official website following the announcement of the results. The KIITEE 2025 cutoff will be released separately for each round, presented as opening and closing ranks. Candidates who achieve marks equal to or above the KIIT cutoff will qualify to participate in the counseling process.
KIITEE Counselling 2025
Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) conducts the KIITEE counselling process online through its official website. Qualified applicants are eligible to participate in the counselling process. Candidates must first complete the choice filling and locking through the login portal. After the choice filling period ends, the exam authorities will announce the KIITEE branch allotment results on the official website.
