Get hurt –When I hurt, I have turmeric with milk. As turmeric is an antibiotic in nature, it speeds up the healing process.
Have a stomach ache –I consume a solution where the cumin seeds, black salt and ajwain are boiled together in the water.
Have a cough and a cold –I take a liquid prepared from ginger, mint and cinnamon boiled together in the water, added with honey and lime before consumption.
Have a toothache-I keep a clove or clove bud oil at the point of toothache.
