Who discovered the exams?

Henry Fischel wasn’t the creator of exams, although he was an American businessman and philanthropist. The Imperial Examination in China was one of the earliest documented exams.

The concept of exams has evolved over time and isn’t attributed to a single individual. Formal examinations have been used in various forms for centuries, with ancient China and Greece employing testing systems to evaluate individuals’ knowledge and skills. Over time, different cultures and educational systems developed their own methods of assessing learning, contributing to the evolution of exams as we know them today.
