Where are the tropical thorn forests found in the India and why?


A tropical thorn forest is mostly composed of thorny little trees that shed their leaves yearly during the dry season and frequently have photosynthetic bark.
India has forest -covered landmass of 7,12,249 sq km ,with tropical thorn forest covering 16,491 sq km .
A thorn forest is defined by thick scrubland with dry subtropical plants and mild temperate sections.
Seasonal rainfall ranges between 250 to 500 millimeters .
Important trees are babul,kikar,khair,plums,cactus ,and dates etc.

FINAL ANSWER- In India ,tropical thorn forests may be found in southwest punjab, haryana,rajasthan,gujarat,madhya pradesh , and uttar pradesh due to average rainfall is too less or scanty .
