What is SSC Exam?

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is a part of the Indian government that hires people for different jobs in government ministries and departments, as well as in other government offices. It is overseen by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) and includes a chairman, two members, and a secretary who also controls examinations. This secretary’s position is similar to that of an additional secretary in the Indian government.
