A saturated solution is when you’ve added as much of something (called solute) into a liquid (called solvent) that it can possibly hold. It’s like filling a glass with water until it can’t hold any more without spilling over. You can create a saturated solution by continuously mixing in the solute until it stops dissolving and stays there in the liquid.
