Shearing: It is the process of removing the sheep’s fleece as well as a thin layer of skin.

Sericulture: It is the practice of cultivating silkworms for the purpose of producing silk.

Rearing is the process of taking care of animals, shearing is removing fleece and sericulture is cultivation of silkworm.
