What is a perfectly elastic and inelastic body ?

Perfectly elastic body: When a deforming force is removed from a body and the body regains its original shape completely, then the body is called a perfectly inelastic body.
Example: quartz, phosphor bronze

Inelastic body: When a deforming force is removed from a body and it does not regain its original shape completely, then the body is called a perfectly inelastic body.
