A solution is a homogeneous mixture.
1.The constituent particles of a solution are smaller than 10-9 metres in diameter.
2. Constituent particles of a solution cannot be seen by naked eyes.
3. Solutions do not scatter a beam of light passing through it. So, the path of the light beam is not visible in solutions.
4. Solute particles cannot be separated by filtration.
5. Solutions are stable at a given temperature.
