How to Become a Judge in India?


To qualify as a judge in India, you must have a bachelor’s degree in law. Additionally, if you have worked as a lawyer for at least seven years, you can also seek to become a judge. These seven years of legal practice can include working as a pleader, public prosecutor, or advocate.
