How are forests important for us?


We as a human along with all living organisms directly or indirectly depend on forest.
We get so many things like wood for furniture, fuel, fodder, medicinal herbs, honey, lac, gum, fruits etc from the forest.
Also forests provide natural habitat to the whole wildlife, such as lions, tigers, elephants, monkeys, etc. so forest is important for us.
