These habits include waking up early in the morning, going for a walk, doing exercise and yoga, taking a bath, going to the school or office, having healthy food and going to sleep on time. To stay healthy, a person needs to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, have adequate sunlight, drink enough water and do enough physical activity. A healthy person thinks productive, manages his time well and keeps others happy including him.
