What is the difference between macro- and micro-nutrients?

Macronutrients- These are essential nutrients which must be present in plant tissues in concentration of 10 m mole/Kg of dry matter.

Micronutrients- These are essential nutrients which must be present in plant tissues in concentration of equal to or less than 0.1mg/g of dry matter.
