Metaphor

It is figure of speech where there is a comparison between two different things without using words like, as ,or. It simply states that one thing is another thing.

These are words or phrases that we use to describe something. They are normally used in poetry, literature, and anytime when someone wants to add colours to their language.

For example-

• Time is money.
• She is a shining star.
• My brother is a cute little teddy bear.
• Assignments are a breeze.
