a)  Commensalism: The term "commensalism" refers to the relationship of organisms in which one organism benefits while the other is unaffected. For instance, whales and barnacles.

b) Parasitism: Parasitism is an organismal connection in which one organism benefits at the expense of another. For example, lice on a human's scalp.

c) Camouflage: Camouflage is an adaptation in which creatures blend in with their environment in order to escape predators. To hide, a walking stick insect camouflages itself.

d) Mutualism: Mutualism is an organism-to-organism connection in which both the organism gets the benefit. Fig and wasp are two examples, where the wasp lay its egg inside the fig and the fig gets pollinated in return.

e) Interspecific competition: Interspecific competition occurs when organisms of two distinct species compete for the same resource. For example, consider the rivalry for common prey between a leopard and a lion.
