Can there be DNA replication without cell division?

Polyteny is the condition of DNA replication without involvement of cell division in a cell, as it basically occurs because of failure of separation of replicated strands of DNA repeatedly.

Hence, yes there can be  replicate DNA without cell division, and that condition is termed as polyteny as explained above.
