  • Step 3: You are required to pay a fee of Rs 100 for filling the document
  • Step 4: Once the NOC is filed, the RTO will contact the nearest police station for further investigation
  • Step 5: You have to pay all the outstanding fees and the RTO will then issue you a NOC
