The full form of AFA is Air Force Academy.

All About the AFA Exam's Structure: AFA Exam Pattern

Written Exam: The written exam consists of two papers, Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). Both papers contain objective- questions. - Candidates who cleared their 12th examination can join AFA through NDA.
- Additionally, candidates who scored a Senior Division ‘C’ certificate in the Air Wing of the National Cadet Corps. They can apply to the Flying Branch of the Indian Air Force through NCC Special Entry.
- Candidates who cleared their graduation can apply for the AFA exam. In addition, they can apply through the CDS exam, which is conducted twice a year.
- Also, male and female candidates can apply through Technical and Ground Duties through the AFCAT exam.
